ShopTrack supports two methods of time tracking:

Flagtime (Real-Time)

Start and stop a timer as you work. Best for accurate, real-time tracking. Time is recorded to the minute.

Enter time after the fact. Useful when you forgot to start a timer or need to adjust logged time.

Active Timers Dashboard

The dashboard shows all currently running timers across your team:

  • Which technicians have active timers
  • What work orders they're working on
  • How long each timer has been running

Time Reports

Analyze time data with built-in reports:

  • Technician Hours - Hours logged by each technician

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly - Time summaries by period
  • Billable vs Non-Billable - Track productive time
