Access the complete maintenance record for any watercraft. Service history helps you provide better recommendations and avoid repeating recent work.

Viewing Service History

Open any watercraft record to see its complete service history:

View all work orders for a specific vessel. service-history-view

The history shows:

  • All work orders (past and present)
  • Date of each service
  • Work performed (summary)
  • Parts replaced
  • Total cost

Using Service History

Before Starting Work

Review recent service history before beginning a new job:

  • What was done last time?
  • Were there any issues noted?
  • What parts were recently replaced?
  • Is there recurring work that suggests an underlying problem?

Making Recommendations

Use history to make proactive recommendations:

Example Recommendation

"I see the impeller was last replaced two seasons ago. Based on the engine hours since then, it's due for replacement. Want us to include that in this service?"

Filtering History

Filter the service history to find specific information:

  • By Date Range - Show specific time periods
  • By Work Type - Show only certain types of service
  • By Parts - Find when specific parts were replaced

Exporting History

Export service history for customer records or insurance purposes:

  1. Open the watercraft record
  2. Click Export History
  3. Choose format (PDF or CSV)
  4. Select date range if desired

Exported history includes all work orders with descriptions, parts, and totals.
