Media & Attachments

Document your work with photos, videos, and files. Media attachments provide valuable evidence of condition, work performed, and serve as references for future service.

Why Attach Media?

Attaching media to work orders helps with:

  • Before/After Documentation - Show the customer what you fixed
  • Proof of Work - Document completed repairs and installations
  • Condition Records - Note existing damage or wear
  • Part Numbers - Photograph part labels for easy reordering
  • Customer Communication - Share photos with customers to explain issues
  • Training - Build a library of reference images for your team

Best Practice: Documentation Protocol

Establish a documentation protocol for your team. For example: Always take a "before" photo when work starts, photograph any pre-existing damage, capture part numbers before installation, and take an "after" photo when complete.
